1. Our Commitment

LaneDana Studio takes intellectual property rights and individual privacy seriously. We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and reports of non-consensual content. All content generated by our platform is entirely AI-synthesized — we do not process or upload photographs of real individuals.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on lanedana.studio infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent including:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on our site.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) Removal

If you believe that AI-generated content on our platform depicts your likeness without your consent, we will investigate immediately. To submit a removal request, email support@lanedana.studio with:

• The URL or content ID of the offending material.
• A statement that you are the person depicted or their authorized representative.
• A statement of good faith that the content was generated without your consent.

All NCII reports are treated as urgent. Confirmed content will be permanently deleted within 24 hours of verification.

4. Abuse Reports

To report content that violates our Terms of Service (prohibited content, CSAM, illegal material), contact: support@lanedana.studio

Reports of suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are immediately escalated to the NCMEC CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was made in error, and your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court. Send counter-notifications to support@lanedana.studio.

6. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices or abuse reports will be permanently terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.

For law enforcement inquiries and official preservation requests, contact support@lanedana.studio from an official agency email address.
