Welcome to LaneDana Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern access to lanedana.studio and any related LaneDana Studio services. By accessing the website or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access the website or use the service. If adult content is illegal where you are located, you must leave immediately.

3. Service Description

LaneDana Studio is an AI-powered adult fantasy image and video generation service. The service creates synthetic media using artificial intelligence models. All characters must be fictional and represented as adults aged 18 or older.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

When billing is enabled, subscriptions will be processed by CCBill or another disclosed payment processor. We do not store full payment card details. Subscription terms, prices, and limits will be shown before purchase.

During merchant review, checkout and paid generation features may be disabled.

6. Content Policy

6.1 Permitted Content

The service may permit explicit adult fantasy content only when every depicted character is fictional, AI-generated, and represented as 18 or older.

6.2 Prohibited Content

The following content and uses are strictly prohibited:

• Any sexual content involving minors or anyone represented as under 18.
• Child sexual abuse material or attempted generation of such material.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, coercion, or exploitation.
• Content depicting or impersonating real, identifiable people without documented consent.
• Deepfakes of celebrities, public figures, private individuals, or any real person.
• Bestiality, gore, mutilation, torture, self-harm, or illegal acts.
• Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, limits, moderation, or access controls.

7. Safety Enforcement

We may use automated and manual moderation to enforce these Terms. Violations may result in blocked requests, removal of content, account termination, preservation of relevant records, and reports to law enforcement or NCMEC when required.

8. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

LaneDana Studio provides computer-generated imagery and AI services. Visual depictions on this website are artificial creations and do not portray actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct. They are therefore exempt from the record-keeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

9. Intellectual Property

The LaneDana Studio service, website, interface, branding, and software are owned by LaneDana Studio or its licensors. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for any lawful use of generated output.

10. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. You agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve billing issues.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be imperfect or unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or review periods.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneDana Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
