1. Our Commitment

LaneDana Studio is built for consensual adult fantasy content created entirely by artificial intelligence. We believe in creative freedom — built on a foundation of absolute respect for human dignity and legal compliance.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, non-consensual imagery, and any content involving minors. These are not just rules — they are hardcoded into our system at the infrastructure level.

2. Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions

The following will result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement referral:

CSAM — Any content depicting, implying, or referencing minors in a sexual context. Auto-reported to NCMEC
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) — Content depicting real individuals without documented consent.
Deepfakes — Realistic depictions designed to impersonate real, identifiable people.
Violence & Illegal Acts — Content depicting gore, torture, violence, or illegal activity.
Bestiality — Any sexual content involving animals.

3. How We Enforce Safety

Hardcoded Safety Prompts: Every generation request on LaneDana Studio automatically includes safety negative prompts at the infrastructure level. These cannot be bypassed by any user input. Keywords related to minors, real individuals, and prohibited content are blocked before generation begins.

Prompt Keyword Filter: All text prompts are scanned in real-time against a prohibited keyword list. Requests containing prohibited terms are rejected with an error, and the attempt is logged for moderation review.

Email Verification: All accounts require email verification before generation access is granted. This creates accountability and helps prevent anonymous abuse.

Generation Limits: Per-account generation limits (enforced server-side) reduce the ability to mass-generate prohibited content.

Audit Logging: All blocked generation attempts are logged with timestamps and account identifiers for compliance and potential law enforcement disclosure.

4. Report Abuse or Request Content Removal

If you believe your likeness has been used without consent, or if you have encountered content that violates our policies:

Please include in your report:

The URL or content identifier of the offending material.

5. Regulatory Compliance

LaneDana Studio fully complies with all applicable laws regarding adult content platforms. Any attempt to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will result in:

Immediate algorithmic account ban.
Preservation of all associated account and network data.
Automatic reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline for federal law enforcement review.

6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All visual content on lanedana.studio is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because all content is entirely computer-generated by artificial intelligence and does not depict actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. All depicted characters are fictional and represented as 18 years of age or older.
