Refund Policy

1. General Policy

LaneDana Studio provides AI-powered image and video generation services that incur immediate GPU compute costs upon each generation request. Due to these real-time infrastructure costs, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: The Service was unavailable or non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period.
• Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount or charged twice for the same period.
• First-time subscriber: If you are a first-time paying subscriber and are unsatisfied with the Service quality, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You have used a significant portion (more than 20%) of your monthly generation allowance.
• Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• You simply changed your mind after using the Service.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results that do not match your subjective expectations (AI outputs are probabilistic by nature).
• Requests made more than 7 days after the billing date.

You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that initiate chargebacks without first attempting resolution through our support process. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested and reported.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access to your plan until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months upon cancellation.
